Customer

Fortrus is an innovative company offering its customers expertise and tools that completely change the way they manage their data: from data collection and processing to powerful search and quick access to relevant information via custom-designed, workflow-specific interfaces.

Challenge

The customer was looking for a vendor to assist with a complete overhaul of the corporate website and a number of design tasks aimed at refreshing the company’s marketing materials.

After several rounds of negotiations, Jazzy was entrusted with
a massive mission of producing a huge set of graphic materials, including website design, icon sets, infographics, charts, illustrations, videos and more – all to form an all-new brand identity package for Fortrus.

The deliverables had to demonstrate design consistency, be visually engaging and reflect the values that Fortrus stood upon.

Icons

Jazzy designed nearly 50 high-quality icons illustrating Fortrus’s clients and business processes. The icons were versatile enough to be used on the company’s website, in video tutorials and the company’s presentation materials.

Website

Jazzy redesigned the customer’s website in red, black and white colors, added more photos and infographics, larger fonts and intuitive elements of on-site navigation.

azzy was also responsible for the complete redesign of the old news feed that now helps the company share valuable insights into its services in a more visually-rich and captivating way.





Mobile version

Both the main and mobile versions of the website boast responsive design and are fully compatible with all types of modern portable devices and browsers, making it easier for Fortrus’s potential customers to find exactly what they need within the shortest time possible.



Illustrations and videos

Jazzy produced two ideo explainers for the customer - a general service overview video for the company’s website and a longer and more detailed video guide for one of the company’s healthcare products, UNITY.

The latter video was shown at multiple hospitals in the UK to advertise the advantages of a centralized system for managing medical history records.






The production of these videos involved the creation of storyboards, scenarios and long animation sequences.

To this end, Jazzy designed a large set of colorful illustrations that were used in the videos, Fortrus’s print materials and corporate SMM spaces.









Process

The main challenge that the Jazzy team faced from the very beginning of the project were the requirements of fast delivery and design homogeneity.

Jazzy’s design team worked in close cooperation with the customer to set up an efficient workflow for discussing requirements, working on designs, getting them approved and applied according to their purpose.

Working in parallel with them, our web developers completely reworked the customer’s website to include old and updated content wrapped into brand-new designs and visual elements.
