ACE is an innovative and unique online course dedicated to engineers in the railway, machine or automotive industry, whose work requires solving problems related to the field of acoustics.
ACE is the course that improves understanding of acoustics and its importance in work environment. Starting from the bottom, it explains the theory of acoustic basic issues occurring in machine operations, moreover it presents practical ways of noise reduction.
The course consists of two parts: Theoretical - where served knowledge is enriched with many interactive materials and dedicated tasks to solve, and also practical - which allows to test acquired knowledge in an acoustic simulator exercises.
ACE is created as a result of international partnerships between several expert teams in the field of acoustics, industry experts, digital designers and researchers.
Project ACE was supported and co-founded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU.
ACE was presented to the world on late October 2018, on the official ACE premiere event, where all teams involved and project partners were present.
